FAQs

Our hourly rate is $125/hr with a minimum of 1 hour and is billed in 30 minute cycles. Your request will be scheduled the same or next day once confirmed.

We make every effort we can to get out to your location as soon as we possibly can but due to demand and other scheduled work there may be a delay. We judge each situation on a case by case basis to ensure the most emergent needs are met first.

We service London, Ontario and the immediate area. For service outside of this area we will work with you on a case by case basis.

Yes, ManagePoint offers on-site, remote, and drop off support depending on your requirements and schedule. Prior to scheduling remote support, a payment for 1 hour of service is required.
